Coffee Community have a team of trained baristas and catering professionals who currently visit cafes for major brands throughout the UK and Europe, assessing everything from coffee quality and espresso machine standards through to customer service.
The auditors can then give feedback to the individual unit and post results on a secured web site where managers can review individual results, as well as regional and national statistics and league tables. Such statistics can be vital in targeting capital expenditure and training for struggling units, and reward the successful ones.
The audit system also features an image system where, if at any point the auditor has removed points from the total score, we can upload a picture taken during the audit as proof and as a further analysis tool for the user.
